yesterday afternoon, we enclose a copy of the

Colonial Treasurer of Hong Kong's letter No.

66/31/28. of the 22nd June, regarding a proposal to

install National Accounting Machines, together with

a copy of a letter from Mr.D.W.Tratman, and a copy

of a telegram addressed by us to the Treasurer

on the 28th August, in the matter.
